Admission process of China celebrity painting and calligraphy International Exchange Association

1、 Membership conditions

1. Individual members: all citizens of the people's Republic of China, who are law-abiding, good moral character, support the articles of association, have rich and high-quality collections, and have a certain level of appreciation and research, can apply for membership.

2. Unit members: all enterprises and institutions registered in the people's Republic of China, with legal personality, supporting the articles of association of the association, having certain influence in the industry, and related to the collection business can apply for membership.

2、 Admission procedures

1. Fill in the membership application form of China celebrity painting and calligraphy International Exchange Association

(1) Before filling in the form, the applicant should carefully read the "instructions for admission". The contents filled in and all kinds of information provided must be true, clear and complete, otherwise the relevant materials will be deemed invalid;

(2) All contents in the form should be filled in carefully, written neatly, with clear handwriting and easy to read. It can be handwritten by oneself (with black and blue ink pen) or printed by computer;

(3) The telephone number and address should be specific and accurate to facilitate timely contact;

(4) In the column of "main collections", please write down the name, age, author, place of origin, and equivalent information of no less than 10 pieces (pieces, special topics) of my collection respectively. Please attach another page for detailed description;

(5) The column "opinions of my unit or residence" must be signed and sealed by my unit or residence (local police station or neighborhood committee).

2. The application form must be submitted at the same time:

(1) One copy of my ID card and two 1-inch bareheaded photos;

(2) I have published copies of articles on collection in relevant newspapers, magazines and books, indicating the source of the article, copies of the cover of the monograph, brief introduction and other relevant materials;

(3) The printed manuscript and certification materials shall be printed on both sides of B5 paper.

3. Review and issue the notice of membership

(1) The Member Organization Department of the association is responsible for sorting out and reviewing the application materials to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the materials. In case of any doubt, the applicant can be required to provide the relevant original for review; If the application materials do not meet the above requirements, the applicant may be required to submit supplementary materials or return them;

(2) After the joint Department of the member group reviews, it will submit the application materials meeting the requirements to the president for approval, and then issue a written "membership notice" to the applicant.
